Kelly verse can only do so much. With expected first-week sales of roughly 250,000 copies, Lady Gaga's ARTPOP has so far been a flop. So much of a flop, in fact, that Interscope Records is allegedly expected to be out $25 million due to the album’s promo expenses. To add glitter salt to the really fabulous wound, both Miley Cyrus's Bangerz and Katy Perry's Prism had superior first-week sales. We would have thought our nation's thirst for new gym jams was unquenchable, but here we are.
