Mild season-four spoilers follow, but yes: the Downton Abbey Christmas special will involve a trip to see the queen. Lady Rose (the new Sybil) will apparently be “presented” at Buckingham Palace, meaning the whole Crawley family will descend upon London — at which point Cora’s American brother, played by Paul Giamatti, will arrive to embarrass them.
