The Insane Clown Posse Officially Sues the FBI

Nearly a year and a half after announcing plans to sue, the Insane Clown Posse has officially filed a lawsuit against the FBI for allegedly violating their rights of free expression and association and due process. In the filing submitted today by ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, along with four other Juggalos, the group claims the FBI falsely categorized the band and its followers as a "loosely affiliated hybrid gang" in its 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment. The band is represented by the ACLU, and we would like to float the idea now that Matthew McConaughey portray their lawyer in the big-screen adaptation of the trial.
