It looks like NBC is banking on your love of crime and watching it be solved once again in 2014. Today the network ordered a pilot for Mysteries of Laura, a police procedural starring a "quirky female homicide detective who juggles high-stakes crime as well as her ex-husband and a devilish set of twin boys." NBC also placed a pilot order for Constantine, based on the DC Comics' occult comic superhero series Hellblazer, from Man of Steel screenwriter David S. Goyer. Luckily it's been nine years since Keanu Reeves's big-screen Constantine adaption. We're ready to forgive, forget, and look with fresh, crime-loving eyes.
