How convenient: Four days before Pharrell is scheduled to perform it at the Oscars, and five days before his album G I R L drops, “Happy” is the No. 1 song on the Billboard “Hot 100.” It is his second No. 1 in the last year (assuming you count “Blurred Lines,” which you should, because Robin Thicke did not come up with that one by himself).
