The show finally comes back for the second half of its season February 27, and now ABC has released the first promo heralding the triumphant return of Olivia Pope and her army of sexy nut jobs. “Smile, Olivia; the world is watching,” Mellie coos, and it’s almost enough to make you forget that those two women form opposing sides of a love triangle. Harrison has a handgun, Rowan/Eli is intimidating, and Olivia cry-quivers as always. Scandal’s gotta Scandal!
