Syfy Developing DC Comic Series From Mad Men Writers

Syfy certainly seems to be stepping up their game with the development of DC Comics' DMZ, a drama series based on the DC comic book of the same name about a young man living in demilitarized Manhattan after the second Civil War. Premise aside, Emmy-winning husband-and-wife team Andre and Maria Jacquemetton are set to write it; they both penned episodes for Mad Men's first six seasons.  DMZ already seems like the kind of show everyone forgets to watch, only to realize after it's cancellation that it was a total gem. So if you watched Sharknado, even as a joke, you are morally obligated to give this show a look-see. (Not that we didn't love Sharknado, but let's just agree to pull it together now. That goes double for RoboCroc.)
