The Amy Adams episode of Inside the Actors Studio premiered last night, but was taped two weeks ago, only three days after Philip Seymour Hoffman passed away. So, when the conversation comes to Doubt, the first of the two movies they starred in together, the conversation turns somber. Both Adams and host James Lipton have trouble speaking and are incapable of holding back tears. "He’s a beautiful spirit," Adams told Lipton. Adding, "He had this unique ability to see people, to really see them — not look through them — he just really saw people. And he will be missed.” Watch the video below.
