Marvel Pits Captain America 3 Against the Batman-Superman Movie

Now, here's a superhero showdown that will get your pulse racing: The Hollywood Reporter is writing that Marvel Studios plans to release Captain America 3 on May 6, 2016, the same day Warner Bros. and DC Comics have set for their untitled Batman-Superman movie. Marvel had staked out that date well before Batman and Superman landed there, but it wasn't known until now which property was earmarked for it; the question now, of course, is whether either movie will blink and switch to a different weekend. Marvel execs are awfully high on the Captain America series as they prepare to release the terrific Captain America: The Winter Soldier on April 4, but the Batman-Superman movie ... well, it has Batman and Superman. Which superhero movie is stronger? Place your bets!
