The answer seems pretty obvious: (1) Her publicist told her to; (2) Talk-show producers know that if they do something Spice Girls–related, they’ll get some good TV/radio from her reaction. On a recent episode of The Graham Norton Show, Norton tried to get his own Emma Stone girl-power freak-out. It worked. Maybe the real question is, What is Baby Spice so busy doing that she can’t just meet her movie-star superfan on TV already?
