Being chosen to be the next Batman may no longer be Ben Affleck's most recent controversy: The actor and director, who has been known to enjoy high-stakes card games, was removed from the blackjack table at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas on Tuesday night, TMZ first reported. According a few sources, the casino's security noticed Affleck counting cards, and told him, "You're too good at this game" before deeming him an "advantage player." (TMZ claims that the Gone Girl star was banned for life from playing blackjack at the Hard Rock, while Variety says the hotel "invited [him] back to the casino to play other games.") There's no word on just how much Affleck was winning, so we might never know what it takes to get a flashy casino to kick out an Oscar-winner.
