Keaton plays his neighbor and presumable love interest who helps him take care of her, and, in the process, teaches him how to love again (we assume). Naturally, there’s plenty of awkward flirting and age-related sex jokes like, “Last time I had sex, it tore my ACL.” If you enjoy stuff like that, you’re in for a treat.
