After last night's episode of Jeopardy!, Alex Trebek became a Guinness world record holder for "most game show episodes hosted by the same presenter" at 6,829 — a lead that will only continue to grow for as long as he stays on as host. In a video with Guinness commemorating his achievement, Trebek says, "The good news is that as long as I keep hosting the program, I stay ahead of whoever's in second place." Despite suffering multiple heart attacks, Trebek, who joined Jeopardy! in 1984, has never missed an episode of the show, save for the time he and Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak switched places as part of a 1997 April Fools Day prank. Bet this makes you feel bad for taking that "sick day" now, huh?
