Your first look at The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1 is a not-so-subtle message from the Capitol's President Snow — with a stoic Peeta Mellark on his side. (If you recall, Peeta, who just can't help but mess up, was kidnapped at the end of Catching Fire, after the crew who swoops up Katniss is unable to grab him, too.) The PSA-style announcement has Snow in all white, threatening the nation of Panem: “If you resist the system, you starve yourself. If you fight against it, it is you who will bleed.” These are the Hunger Games, and yet starving is not an option.
