Welcome back to CBS, Jennifer Love Hewitt: The Ghost Whisperer alum is joining the tenth season of CBS's Criminal Minds as a series regular, according to Variety. “Many of us on the show have enjoyed working with her over the years and look forward to again," said Erica Messer, showrunner and EP. "We have exciting storylines planned for her character and the entire BAU team as we head into our 10th season.” Hewitt will play a character named Kate Callahan, a skilled undercover agent who lands a position within the Behavioral Analysis Unit. No word on whether her aptitude as a criminal profiler is related to her ability to talk to ghosts, but it must help.
