Bryan Cranston Is Producing a Comedy for NBC Called ‘The Dangerous Book for Boys’

NBC just added another potential comedy series from Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston. Deadline reports that the network has added a project from Cranston’s production company Moon Shot Entertainment based on the book The Dangerous Book for Boys by brothers Conn and Hal Iggulden, which is described as “an irreverent family comedy about three teenage boys who are given a dad’s guide to living lives full of adventure after he passes away.” Cranston – who optioned the rights to the book back in June – will serve as executive producer, while Adventureland’s Greg Mottola will write and direct the TV adaptation.
