The plot thickens: Yesterday's Rolling Stone cover story on Taylor Swift included some information about "Bad Blood," a song on her upcoming album about another female singer who is Swift's "straight-up enemy." Based on the evidence provided — it was beef over tour hires, says Taylor, plus some unmentioned personal stuff — we took a wild guess that this female was Katy Perry. (A commenter directed us to this article, about dancers leaving Swift's tour for Katy's.) Now Katy has all but confirmed Taylor's accusations (or maybe she's just responding to the collective internet's conjectures?) with a mean-girl subtweet. Yes, like from Mean Girls:
Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing...— KATY PERRY (@katyperry) September 9, 2014
Is it really subtweeting if everyone knows who you're talking about?
