A dental technician who was attacked by Charlie Sheen last Thursday is now suing him for assault, battery, sexual battery, and emotional distress. The woman, Margarita Palestino, claims Sheen punched her in the chest and grabbed her bra when she tried to put a nitrous oxide mask on him. (He was at the office to get an abscess removed.) An oral surgeon and dentist who were present almost got hurt as well — the dentist claims Sheen pulled a knife on him. On Thursday, Sheen’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said the incident was the result of a bad reaction to the nitrous oxide. Sheen’s publicist, Jeff Ballard, also claimed there were “no illegal substances involved.” The LAPD has an active investigation into the incident but hasn’t released any more details. Here we go again.
