Listen to Taylor Swift’s ‘Out of the Woods’

Tonight Taylor Swift dropped her second track from 1989, “Out of the Woods,” written with fun.’s Jack Antonoff. The track sounds very Bleachers-y, but the lyrics are pure Swift: Seemingly inspired by her breakup with Harry Styles, the last verse even references the snowmobile accident the pair reportedly suffered on a ski trip a few years back. “Remember when you hit the brakes too soon?” she sings. “Twenty stitches in a hospital room.”

Swift, as always, expressed her excitement about the release on social media, sharing a text conversation between her and Antonoff in which he said he was “flipping out” and she described herself as being in a “full body sweat.”

Styles, meanwhile — perhaps unrelated — vomited on the side of a highway this morning.
