Renée Zellweger finally responded to all those stories on her changing looks, calling the furor “silly.” In a statement to People, Zellweger attributed her new appearance to a simple change in lifestyle: “I’m glad folks think I look different! I’m living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I’m thrilled that perhaps it shows.” As for plastic surgery, the actress said the tabloid speculation over her medical history was just “digging around for some nefarious truth that doesn’t exist.”
