Cumberbatch is getting engaged the Cumberbatch way: by casually announcing it in The Times. How British! With a headline reading “Mr B.T. Cumberbatch and Miss S.I. Hunter,” The Times writes: “The engagement is announced between Benedict, son of Wanda and Timothy Cumberbatch of London, and Sophie, daughter of Katherine Hunter of Edinburgh and Charles Hunter of London.” Hunter is a theater director and actress, and the two met on the set of 2009’s Burlesque Fairytales. We wish them much cumberlove and cumberhappiness.
