Netflix Is Cracking Down on Illegal Foreign Streaming

Netflix varies widely across country lines, and quite a few foreign streamers get around that disappointment by using sneaky VPNs (Virtual Private Networks, a.k.a. a way to pretend your computer is existing somewhere it actually is not). No surprise, Netflix is not happy. And according to Torrent Freak, it has already started cracking down on VPNs, often blocking them completely – a VPN service called TorGuard, "noticed a surge in access problems by its users, starting mid-December." What's the problem, France? Don't you guy have endless Friends reruns over there, too?
