Professional power-stance proponent Nick Jonas is taking his talents to Fox’s college-set horror-comedy Scream Queens, according to THR. He’ll play a recurring role that has virtually no other details available yet. (And maybe that’s best, because for the next few weeks we can guess his role: frat-boy sports king, pop-music student who wants to make straightforward music videos, Marquis de Sade–obsessed English major-cum-sociopath, “Bio Student No. 3,” etc.) He joins Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Ariana Grande, all of whom are also onboard for Ryan Murphy’s next 15-episode anthology. The series’ first season, slated for fall, will focus on a university campus rattled by a string of murders, so there’s lots of room for Jonas to do potentially horrible or heroic things. (Maybe both?)
