The trailer for FX’s new series The Comedians dropped today, and it features three of the most revered elements of American comedy: ham eating, adult diapers, and horny bears. “[Crystal] comes from more of an old-school mentality of wanting the purity of comedy in the way that he experienced it growing up in the industry, and I come from more of a take-no prisoners approach in that Apatow age of scatological humor and edgy comedy,” Gad explained to EW. “And when the two of those things come to a head with each other, there’s conflict.” Get ready for the conflict to begin on Thursday, April 9th.
