People Won’t Stop Throwing Pizza on Walter White’s Roof

If there’s one clip everyone points to as, perhaps, Breaking Bad’s finest moment, it’s the scene where Walter White (Bryan Cranston) tosses an entire pizza on his roof after Skylar (Anna Gunn) refuses to let him in with it (we’ll certainly never forget that “I got dipping sticks” line). But, unfortunately for the people who now own that house in Albuquerque, that scene has made their lives a living hell, because fans of the show won’t stop throwing pizzas on their roof. It’s gotten so bad that showrunner Vince Gilligan, during Tuesday’s “Better Call Saul Insider” podcast, made a plea to fans to knock it off.

“Lately, we’re hearing from the owner that folks are wandering on to her property, and are being rude to her when she comes out and basically says ‘you’re on my property.’ They’re throwing pizzas on roofs and stuff like that. Let me tell you: There is nothing original or funny or cool about throwing pizzas on this lady’s roof. It is just not funny. It’s been done before. You’re not the first.”

Jonathan Banks (a.k.a. Mike) also chimed in: “And if I catch you doing it, I will hunt you down.” But, for nostalgia’s sake, let’s just relive that famous scene one more time.
