Rojo Johnson returns! Will Ferrell is set to play every single position in baseball (that's nine, for all you non-sports fans) in a single day for an upcoming HBO special called Ferrell Takes the Field. Produced by Funny or Die, the special will follow Ferrell as he pops in, via helicopter, at various Spring Training games happening in Arizona on Thursday, March 12. So far, he's confirmed to play for the Dodgers, Mariners, Cubs, White Sox, and Reds. So if ever there were a time to give a crap about Spring Training, it's tomorrow. Plus, it's for charity.
Here's the full schedule of games he's set to appear in (PST):
12:05 p.m.: Seattle Mariners at Oakland Athletics (HoHoKam Stadium)
1:10 p.m.: Chicago Cubs at Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (Tempe Diablo Stadium)
2:10 p.m.: Cincinnati Reds at Arizona Diamondbacks (Salt River Fields at Talking Stick)
4:05 p.m.: San Francisco Giants at Chicago White Sox (Camelback Ranch)
6:15 p.m.: Los Angeles Dodgers at San Diego Padres (Peoria Stadium)
