Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel’s Avengers spinoff, is itself getting its own spinoff: Deadline reports that ABC is finalizing plans for a stand-alone show for Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter (Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood). The dueling exes would be the stars of an action show that the network reportedly hopes will have a “Mr. and Mrs. Smith vibe.” The spinoff has yet to be green-lit, but if it goes to series, it could be the network’s fourth Marvel show on the air, alongside AOS, Agent Carter, and the rumored Ms. Marvel miniseries. Combined with Netflix’s four Marvel shows of its own, you’ll either have to learn to love superheroes or start reading books again.
