Batman v Superman’s Batmobile Is Basically Just a Gun With Wheels

By

Though it had its fair share of gadgets, the original 1960s Batmobile was definitively a car that you could imagine driving on a street. Ever since, the thing has been getting more and more militaristic. We thought we reached the peak with the freaking tank that Christopher Nolan used, but nope. We now have our first really clear look (below) at Batman v Superman's Batmobile, courtesy of Warner Bros. Consumer Products, and, jeez, it appears Batman is going to bend his "no gun" policy by driving around in what is basically a giant gun with wheels. And he's worried that Superman is too powerful. The worst part is there is going to be a generation of young kids who will never be able to parody "Jingle Bells." "'Batmobile lost a wheel?' Yeah, right!"
