Amazon has now made audio commentary available on Transparent for its Amazon Prime users. Creator Jill Soloway, along with the rest of the cast, including Jeffrey Tambor, Judith Light, Jay Duplass, Gaby Hoffmann, and Amy Landecker will do the old watch-and-talk for the first season, and talk about the “technicalities of production” and the “chemistry” they shared as they shot their initial season. Soloway talks about some of her favorite moments, including the scene in the first episode when Maura changes after dinner and talks on the phone, to how certain lines like “My whole life I’ve been dressing like a man” came about. As if you needed another excuse to binge-watch Transparent.
