The final trailer for Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World has arrived, and it’s very Jurassic World–y. As with previous trailers, it prominently features Chris Pratt, with a deadpan so dead it almost sounds like he’s holding back yawns, explaining to Bryce Dallas Howard’s park operations manager why creating a new dinosaur could be a bad idea. Sure enough, that dinosaur eats her sibling and goes on a killing rampage. Pratt, a pragmatist, recruits some velociraptors to help him fight the new dino-hybrid, doing things “his way.”
The big takeaway from this new trailer is more footage of Pratt interacting with the CGI raptors, as well as the new dinosaur, Indominus Rex, disposing of armed forces sent to neutralize her. (Puny humans!) Basically, the trailer gives away most of the movie, so watch it if you’re curious, but don’t say we didn’t warn you about spoilers.
