Rosie Perez is officially leaving The View next month, the show's executive producer Bill Wolff announced on Monday. Perez joined the show as a regular co-host last September but took a monthlong hiatus in January to rehearse for Larry David's Broadway play Fish in the Dark, in which she currently co-stars. She's now permanently leaving the show to "pursue full time her love for acting." Her last show will be August 6, when The View wraps up its current season. But Perez's exit could be the first of even more major changes coming to The View after the addition of Raven-Symoné as a regular co-host last month. Variety reports that ABC might also cut co-host Nicolle Wallace in favor of having a rotating schedule of guest panelists to weigh in on hot-button issues alongside regular co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Raven. Previous co-host Rosie O'Donnell quit the show back in February.

Update: The Wrap reports that comedian Michelle Collins has been promoted to regular co-host on The View.
