CBS just added another comedy to its lineup of in-the-works shows. Deadline reports that the network has bought a multi-cam comedy from former Cougar Town executive producers Mike Lisbe and Nate Reger called Married with Roommates, which will follow “a young, recently married couple in New York City who realize they can’t afford their own place and decide the best option is to start their life together… in an apartment with three roommates.” The project is based on the April New York Times article of the same name. Lisbe and Reger – who are also showrunners on Jake and Amir’s truTV pilot – will co-write and executive produce alongside David Janollari.
