Former SNL cast member Tim Robinson is headed to Comedy Central. According to Deadline, the network has officially picked up Detroiters for a 10-episode first season. The show – which Comedy Central ordered to pilot in January – stars Robinson and Veep’s Sam Richardson as “two small-time Detroit ad men who aspire to help turn their hometown back into the glittering jewel of the Midwest that it once was.” SNL alum Jason Sudeikis will co-executive produce alongside Lorne Michaels’s Broadway Video and have a recurring role in the series, and Robinson, Richardson, Joe Kelly, and Zach Kanin will also executive produce.
