Kerry Washington and Katie Lowes Are Making a TV Show About Nannies for Shondaland

Two of Shondaland's gladiators are producing a new TV show for ABC. The Wrap reports Scandal's Kerry Washington and Katie Lowes are two of the executive producers on a new project alongside Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers, and Adam Shapiro. The show is written by Bess Wohl (also an executive producer), who played Kendall Novack on CSI: NY and tells the story about a clique of nannies and the families they mother. While this project is still in development, it makes you wonder: How big can Shondaland get? This is the fifth sale to ABC so far, including a drama with a habit, a combative medical drama, and a postmortem of Romeo & Juliet. TGIT was just the beginning.
