Showtime Is Developing a Comedy About TV’s First Black Game Show Model

Showtime just put into development an interesting comedy from You’ve Got Mail writer Delia Ephron. According to Deadline, the pay network is currently developing a show called 36-24-36, which will revolve around “the first black TV model to be featured on a major game show in 1990. Celebrity and glamour collide with sexual harassment, racism, misogyny, homophobia, bulimia and job insecurity, for the four gorgeous models on the No. 1 game show of the ‘90s.” Former Price Is Right model Kathleen Bradley – who was the first black model on the show – will serve as a consultant, while Debra Martin and Charles Pugliese will co-produce.
