Australian 12-year-old Jorja Hope got a taste of that sweet Taylor Swift kindness when she got to meet the pop star at her performance in Sydney this Saturday. According to the Maitland Mercury, Hope had been diagnosed with a condition that causes progressive, inner-ear hearing loss, and when she heard the news that she would one day go deaf, her first response was, "I won't be able to hear Taylor Swift." After hearing that the singer would be in town for a concert, Jorja's twin sister Chloe launched a social-media campaign #HelpJorjaMeetTaylorSwiftSydney. The campaign paid off, and Jorja even got her own photo with the star.
"She was very, very amazing and very pretty," Jorja told the Maitland Mercury. "I didn't expect her to be as tall as she was."
