Vincent “Don Vito” Magera, uncle of Bam and co-star of the seminal tomfoolery and self-harm TV series Jackass, has died at the age of 59, TMZ reports. Magera had recently awoke from a coma but was still suffering from kidney and liver failure. Aside from appearing in the Jackass movies, Don Vito was the butt of many jokes and pranks on his nephew’s show Viva La Bam, sometimes literally. He was known for fondly addressing his nephew by the affectionate nicknames “Jerkoff” and “Idiot” after being humiliated on camera. He was also under 10 years probation for a sex charge of groping young girls, according to the Huffington Post.
