One Direction Did Rihanna’s ‘FourFiveSeconds’ and Busted Out Their Old ‘Torn’ Cover for the BBC ‘Live Lounge’

The One Direction guys have a new album out tomorrow, have you heard? The boys stopped by BBC Radio 1’s “Live Lounge” to celebrate and perform a bunch of songs from the new record for fans, but they also did an obligatory cover. In fact, they did two! They started out with Rihanna, Kanye West, and Paul McCartney’s “FourFiveSeconds,” because they’re not scared of offending a Beatle. (Although we do detect a hint of fear in Harry’s closing note.) Then they ended their set with an old favorite, their cover of Natalie Imbruglia’s “Torn,” which they famously performed on X Factor but haven’t done in five years. Back when they were still with Zayn. Tear!
