When you’re Robert De Niro, it’s hard to find many fucks to give. But on Wednesday night, he did give enough of a fuck to present Angelina Jolie with an award at The Wall Street Journal’s 2015 Innovator Awards. It was a swanky event, held at the MoMA, something Stewart Butterfield, co-founder of the chat app Slack, pointed out in his acceptance speech: “We are a long way from San Francisco,” he said, scanning the room full of “supermodels and movie stars” and De Niro. “I watched Godfather II on the plane … when you killed Don Fanucci, I liked that,” Butterfield badly joked. The WSJ also did not give much of a fuck, having De Niro take the stage after Butterfield’s “nerd award.” De Niro eventually got around to singing Jolie’s praises, but as “Page Six” reports, he first gave enough of a fuck to tell Butterfield he didn’t give a fuck: “Whoever the last speaker was … I thought you were a bit condescending to us actors … celebrities. I’m gonna go on record with you just to say that. And I don’t give a fuck who you are.” But you know who also has not a fuck to give about De Niro’s lack of fucks given? Stewart Butterfield:
