Trevor Noah Talks About His Appendectomy, the Insanity of American Health Care, and Short Vacations

After receiving an emergency appendectomy earlier this week, Trevor Noah proved that Jimmy Fallon's not the only TV host who can quickly bounce back from freak scenarios. (Additionally, that his first experience with Stateside health care was ridiculous.) "I'm back from the world's shortest vacation," Noah, who had skipped Wednesday's Daily Show episode to recover, quipped Thursday night. "It was an interesting experience going to the emergency room, I'm not going to lie — although I don't know if emergency room is the right term. Because they make you wait — I feel like there should be two rooms: a room for emergencies, and a room for people who can fill out forms." Oof. Yep, get better soon!
