Jacob Tremblay, the 9-year-old star of Room, is this year’s awards season front-runner — not for any specific award, just for the honor of having the most fun at classy parties. And let us tell you, Jacob Tremblay has been having a lot of fun: Winning at the Critic’s Choice Awards, dancing to “Uptown Funk” at afterparties, meeting BB-8. Tremblay continued his campaign at the SAG Awards tonight. In his adorable red carpet interview (see below), he said that he had one goal for the evening: To meet Leonardo DiCaprio.

And that’s not all, Tremblay also charmed audiences with a presenter bit with his co-star Brie Larson (who later took home a trophy for Room). “I can still remember the first time I was nominated for a SAG award,” Tremblay joked. “I was only 9 years old, and I was competing against Batman.”
