Netflix has picked up the global rights to Look Who’s Back, the Borat-style comedy that went No. 1 at the box office in Germany last October, eventually making $21.9 million. The movie is based off the also-somewhat-controversial best-selling book by Timur Vermes that has an unscathed and unrepentant Hitler waking up in modern times, like a Fascist Sleeping Beauty. The movie alternates between fictional scenes and hidden-camera-style encounters, with actor Oliver Masucci as the infamous Nazi leader. Look Who’s Back will be available for streaming on April 9, so you have plenty of time to decide if you should be actually be offended by this or just, like, fake-internet-offended.
