It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Has Been Renewed for Two More Seasons. If This Is an April Fools’ Joke, It’s Not a Good One

FXX has renewed It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia for two more seasons, marking a total of 14, only to be tied with The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet as the longest-running live-action comedy series in TV history. We know what you’re thinking: The Simpsons aren’t real people? Unfortunately no, that is animation, so their 28 seasons don’t have a horse in this race. Their horse is done with the race, chilling on the sidelines, drinking a mimosa. It’s no wonder It’s Always Sunny has been renewed for another two years, since the series has increased its average viewership by 24 percent since its debut on FXX in 2013. Fingers crossed the show gets a 15th season, and can crush Ozzie and Harriet once and for all! (By the way, what’s Ozzie and Harriet? Helpful answers only please, accepted in comments section.)
