Feel free to in-vest-igate these photos at your leisure. Ahead of tomorrow’s trailer, USA Today has released photos of the cast of Antoine Fuqua’s The Magnificent Seven, a remake of John Sturges’s 1960 Western starring Yul Brenner and Steve McQueen, which was itself a remake of Akira Kurosawa’s 1954 historical action film, Seven Samurai. The film, out September 23, stars Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt as benevolent gunslingers, alongside Ethan Hawke, Vincent D’Onofrio, Martin Sensmeier, Byung-hun Lee, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo. Based solely on the cut, color, and fit of their vests, this film is going to change the way American audiences see vests. Unlike you already liked vests, in which case, this movie seems like it’s going to blow your goddamn mind.
