Drake’s Views Is Available on Apple Music, iTunes

Views, Drake’s fourth studio effort, is out now on iTunes and Apple Music. The rapper’s latest dropped Thursday night, ahead of a planned OVO Sound Radio listening party and interview with Zane Lowe. “The album is based around the changing of the seasons in our city,” Drake said during their talk, alluding to Toronto. “It’s a very unique place: You start to value your days a lot more, when seven months are spent in the icy cold.”

Formerly known as Views From the 6, the project was first announced in 2014 as the proper follow-up to Nothing Was the Same, but it didn’t start truly coming together until the latter third of 2015. Drizzy described the release as harshly honest and emotional, telling Lowe it’s “probably my highest level of vocal performance.”

Production credits and collabs hit Instagram earlier in the day, with a tiny Drake revealing that the 20-track record — done in Toronto during the winter — would include appearances by PARTYNEXTDOOR, Pimp C, dvsn, Wizkid, Kyla, Future, and Rihanna:
