MADtv is making a comeback this year, first with the 20-year reunion special and now with a series revival on the CW. According to The Hollywood Reporter, there will be eight new episodes, each an hour long. While the series will feature new cast members, returning cast members will make appearances and host the episodes. The show originally aired on Fox for a whopping 14 years, which backwards is 41, the same amount of years as SNL has been on. Interesting. Some original cast members have gone on to Family Guy (Alex Borstein) or Key & Peele (both Key and Peele), among many other shows. There’s no air-date yet for the revival.
