‘Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later’ Is in the Works at Netflix

More Wet Hot American Summer is in the works. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix has ordered eight episodes of Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later, which will pick up ten years after the original 2001 film. Michael Showalter and David Wain will write the series together, and Wain will direct the episodes. The series will finally fulfill the promise made during the original Wet Hot, which was hinted at at the end of the film:
