Arsenio Hall and Kelsea Ballerini will try to capitalize on musical nostalgia this summer, as Variety reports the comedian–country star duo is set to host a new singing show for ABC called Greatest Hits. The unscripted series promises to “feature iconic music artists and current chart-toppers performing hits from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s,” per the trade, with each episode focusing on a five-year period. The throwbacks and covers will come in the forms of duets, tributes, and solos. To start, ABC has ordered six episodes, the first of which has been set for June 30. Though it sounds like most of the yet-to-be-announced special guests will be musicians, here’s hoping we get at least one Vin Diesel surprise.
