Sharon Tate's sister, Debra, is calling for a boycott of Aquarius. Not because the show isn't that great, and not because its two-hour season-two premiere had no commercials, but because the way it depicts the brutal murder of Sharon is "extremely insensitive." The NBC drama, which stars David Duchovny as an LAPD detective who investigates the Manson family, will delve into the Manson murders in its second season. Tate requested a meeting with NBC, but was "completely ignored." She told them, "Do it tastefully, or at least give us courtesy of knowing what you guys are doing. It’s extremely insensitive to be portraying people in an untruthful manner."
