Here’s a clip from last night’s Daily Show, where Trevor Noah takes a closer look at the presidential candidates – particularly Hillary Clinton’s lies about her emails and Donald Trump associating himself with fascists and mass murderers – and arrives at the only reasonable conclusion: “I’m just gonna be honest with you and say this: Maybe you shouldn’t have an election,” he says, saying either choice will lead us into what is essentially a marriage we will regret. “And I get it: You’ve got everything scheduled, you’ve got the wedding planned, you’ve invited everybody over, you’ve spent an enormous amount of money. But I’m gonna be that asshole friend who tells you like it is: Maybe you need to call it off.”
